Gaza’s Hamas-run health authority says Israeli air strikes have hit the territory’s biggest hospital. The strikes forced thousands of displaced people who were sheltering in the Al-Shifa hospital to leave and head south. Israel has not confirmed the strike on Al-Shifa. The Israeli military says its forces are active near the complex, and that Hamas command posts are located under buildings in the area.
