Russia’s monthly income from oil exports is booming. It’s now greater than it was before the ukraine war. A Bloomberg report report indicates that the price cap on Russian oil has effectively failed. Russia’s net income from oil stood at $11.3 billion in october. this was the highest monthly income from oil exports since the war last year.
